Jeneen McNally is an energetic and accomplished corporate trainer, speaker, interviewer and business developer.
More than 20 years ago, she began training people to use their computer programs. Her real desire was to teach speaking and interpersonal skills. She made the transition by training engineers and managers at Toyota, Ford, General Motors and Visteon. For four years, she was devoted to teaching inclusion, diversity, managing change and emotional intelligence. She coached foreign nationals (physicians, university deans, consultants, etc.) with heavy accents, to speak clearly and confidently in American English.
As a TV reporter, Jeneen learned to ask the right questions and present a clear, concise story. She further increased her communication repertoire by developing business for a software company and then as the director of business development at The University of Michigan Operations Leadership Factory to develop continuous improvement leaders.
Highlights of her continuous improvement include: improv classes at Second City, Toastmasters and a Change Management Internship.
Jeneen earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Hillsdale College and graduated at the top of her class from Specs Howard School of Media Arts.
